a game from the NovaWorld Store and have not
received your key code, please check your spam filter.
All key codes are sent to the email address registered
to your NovaWorld account.
If you are experiencing difficulties retrieving your
login information and are waiting for an email with
your password, please check you spam filter as
many email providers route support mail to spam.
Also, please make sure to add NovaLogic email
addresses to your address book. Support members
will not submit to “spam surveys” should an email
get bounced back by your spam filter.
