I've tried to get it working again but no luck, does anyone know how I can get it up and going again?

I don't think I can contribute much. I've never dealt much with multiplayer or server maintenence. I'm not even sure what you mean by 'the server is blocked.' I'm assuming you have a computer somewhere that's set up as a dedicated server, and you can't connect to it over the internet. If you've confirmed the computer running the server is on and connected, my best guess then would be that the .cfg file on the server or your client is corrupted. Mismatching addresses or ports or something.
