My dad was a marine and was stationed in 1968-1971 in Curacao. I was also there. An American aircraft carrier visited curacao on his way to vietnam. My father brought an american sailor along for a visit. I was 5 years old and sat on his lap and got his sailor cap. Sadly dont have it anymore. I will never forget that day.
