It's October 3rd, 00:00 AM, here in my country. I just wanted to make a post here to remember those who have fought during the Battle of Mogadishu, a story of bravery which interested me since the day I first played Novalogic's Delta Force Black Hawk Down.
I've been out of DFBHD modding for quite a while and I think I'll be for some more time. However, I still use to play the game. Recently, I discovered a new SP map at NovaHQ, about Operation Gothic Serpent, the US operation which later became known as the Battle of Mogadishu. I still have to play it, it seems to be a good alternative to Novalogic's official Irene mission. Anyway, if someone seeks historical accuracy, Mark Bowden's book, Black Hawk Down, still is the closest account of the events of that day.
