I've had the idea of adding the items from the Terranova mod for DFBHD/TS into mine as a test.

Unfortunately the installer for the Terranova mod + the Team Sabre compatibility doesn't work on Windows 10.  LW, can you install it on your pc and then send me the .pff plus the .exe that are installed by the mod?

Many thanks, mate.  I think it will be a large .zip file, so if you can't upload it elsewhere you can send it to my email address.

Make sure to include the terra_02.pff file, it's the one that is installed by the Terranova Team Sabre compatibility patch installer.

You may have to install Blaze. People say Window's 10 is a pain in the back-side,I'll stay with window's-7.

The installer unpacks all the files but fails to create the .pff, however I can create it manually.  Just give me the name of the two .pff files (the original and the one that comes with the TS compatibility patch), and only send me the .exe (the mod .exe and the MED)

Nothing, I've tried everything I could, the installer gives me the same error and thanks to google I've found that it affected some users that wanted to try the Terranova mod back in 2004.

Windows 10 is not the problem, the problem is the installer which was written not properly, it has a bug that happens to a few. The reason for this is still unknown, and strangely the installer worked for me in the past. Looks like I'm f*cked, I can't have the Terranova mod back in my PC. I was looking forward to try to expand my mod.

I just installed it on Win7/64 bit no problem at all.
\Black Hawk Down\mod\terranova.pff is 324mb, but zips down to about 130mb

I received you PM, many thanks 2DNED, and thanks for hosting my mod at Nova-Outpost, I'm working on a not so small update to it.

For anyone wondering, the reason I couldn't install the Terranova mod is because the installer fails to remove the temporary folder where it unpacks all the files, by failing to do so it gives me an " I/O 145 error " and so it doesn't create the damned .pff. I've googled for this I/O 145 error linked to the mod, many suggested various solution but none worked for me. Who knows why this happens.

Don't worry, mate, problem solved. 2DNED gave me the files already and guess what, guys?  I've discovered the issue, or part of it.

It didn't work because I tried to install the mod running the installers from a NTFS file system hard drive, and I've discovered that to avoid issues with the Terranova installers it's better to run them from a USB drive or hard disk with the old FAT file system.  So all in all I've managed to install it with my own copy of installers, still many thanks to you guys for the help though.

If you guys want, I can create a .zip with the Terranova Mod's .pff files already installed and with the .exe patched, and add it to my DropBox account.
