Wow, interesting, sadly this mod is nowhere to be found, and it's only for Joint Ops and later Nova games. You can't convert Joint Ops and DFX models for use in BHD. Strangely enough that seemed to be BHD, but the author said these models where for Joint Ops, DFX and DFX2
