@Lonewolf is it the urban operations mod? I just downloaded it and there is no content in it. also no servers running the mod.. ps. it would also help if They included a readme with the dl. wasted 30 mins with this crap!

The one you downloaded is another mod. Actually there is content in it, a lot, but no maps or servers for it.
The one LW posted about is a work in progress mod, you can find more details at NovaHQ.
